In the context of spaceflight, a satellite is an object which has been placed into orbit by human endeavor. Such objects are sometimes called artificial satellites to distinguish them from natural satellites such as the Moon.History of artificial satellite.
The first artificial satellite was Sputnik 1, launched by the Soviet Union on 4 October 1957. This triggered the Space Race between the Soviet Union and the United States.
In May, 1946, Project RAND had released the Preliminary Design of an Experimental World-Circling Spaceship, which stated, "A satellite vehicle with appropriate instrumentation can be expected to be one of the most potent scientific tools of the Twentieth Century. The United States had been considering launching orbital satellites since 1945 under the Bureau of Aeronautics of the United States Navy. The United States Air Force's Project RAND eventually released the above report, but did not believe that the satellite was a potential military weapon; rather, they considered it to be a tool for science, politics, and propaganda. In 1954, the Secretary of Defense stated, "I know of no American satellite program."
On July 29, 1955, the White House announced that the U.S. intended to launch satellites by the spring of 1958. This became known as Project Vanguard. On July 31, the Soviets announced that they intended to launch a satellite by the fall of 1957.
Following pressure by the American Rocket Society, the National Science Foundation, and the International Geophysical Year, military interest picked up and in early 1955 the Air Force and Navy were working on Project Orbiter, which involved using a Jupiter C rocket to launch a satellite. The project succeeded, and Explorer 1 became the United States' first satellite on January 31, 1958.The largest artificial satellite currently orbiting the Earth is the International Space Station.

COMMUNICATIONS

There is much discussion in the academic world of communication as to what actually constitutes communication. Currently, many definitions of communication are used in order to conceptualize the processes by which people navigate and assign meaning.
We might say that communication consists of transmitting information from one person to another. In fact, many scholars of communication take this as a working definition, and use Lasswell's maxim, "who says what to whom in what channel with what effect," as a means of circumscribing the field of communication theory.
A simple communication model with a sender transferring a message containing information to a receiver.Other commentators suggest that a ritual process of communication exists, one not artificially divorceable from a particular historical and social context.
Communication stands so deeply rooted in human behaviors and the structures of society that scholars have difficulty thinking of it while excluding social or behavioral events. Because communication theory remains a relatively young field of inquiry and integrates itself with other disciplines such as philosophy, psychology, and sociology, one probably cannot yet expect a consensus conceptualization of communication across disciplines.
Currently, there is no paradigm from which communication scholars may work. One of the issues facing scholars is the possibility that establishing a communication metatheory will negate their research and stifle the broad body of knowledge in which communication functions.
Many of the problems that occur in a organization are the direct result of people failing to communicate. Faulty communication causes the most problems. It leads to confusion and can cause a good plan to fail. Communication is the exchange and flow of information and ideas from one person to another. It involves a sender transmitting an idea to a receiver. Effective communication occurs only if the receiver understands the exact information or idea that the sender intended to transmit.
Studying the communication process is important because you coach, coordinate, counsel, evaluate, and supervise through this process. It is the chain of understanding that integrates the members of an organization from top to bottom, bottom to top, and side to side.

My rigorous effort in improving English, listening, writing, reading and speaking..,!

Theres no doubt that English is really important in our life.Even now,I have to use English in learning Physcs,Chemistry and Calclus. It’s quiet hard and tough but I have to,so I’m force to improve my English in order to get good grades.Despite that,I’m going to sit for my IELTS and God’s willing,I will go to oversea to further my studies.Obviously,I have to use English all the time.In addition, that is for the sake of my future and also for my job.As we all know,we need to use English in communication and especially while dealing with the foreigner.
In the way to do that,do a lot of exercises is the must.In order to improve my English listening,I like to hear people talking in English. From the conversation,at least I can learn many new words and pharases.Although,I don’t have time in a day I’m always trying to find time to surf the Internet and open the websites that Miss Eliza suggested to us.All those websites are really helpful.Besides,I can get new words, the pronounciation and also get familiar with the usage of the word in writing and conversation. However, thank you to my beloved lecturer,Miss Eliza who is always give us listening test in class.
Then to improve my writing skill,I need to read a lot and obviously I have to keep on practicing.I think we have done it since our lectures are really kind to give us a lot of exercises on writing.By the way,we have our blog and we are compulsory to write every week related to the topic that Miss Eliza gave us.Otherwise, our marks will be deducted.
Besides that, almost in every class we have writing test either test 1 or test 2 and sometimes both.I think that is not enough,so I take the initiative to read a lot.i like to read Reader’s Digest and newspaper. In the same time,I can be more knowledgeable and improving my thinking skill.
Same goes to my reading skill,of course I have to read a lot and get familiar with more words and pharases. For this time being,I’m trying to improve my reading skill answering the question. In order to do that,I need so many words in my hand.Otherwise I can’t understand the phararaph.Sometimes I like to read dictionary and sharing new words with my friends. In college life,we are use to speak in English especially in class and sometimes in conversation.I’m always try to find the best way to improve my speaking skill,so that’s why I like to talk with Arabic students.Sometimes,it’s hard to communicate with them but it is really interesting to know them, their culture and heritage.I really have fun.
Overall,I think the most important thing is I have to do a lot of exercises and work harder.I tend to think that those four skills, listening, reading, writing and speaking are just the same.Despite all these thing,I have to follow all the rules and advices, not forget always surf the websites that our lecturer suggested to us.I believe that as long as I keep on practicing and put in my best effort, one day I will succeed in improving my English.

My Eid experience

It is often said that cherish the moment and appreciate what we have before it is too late. Before one day we regret it because we lost something that we love so badly. For me,the most precious thing in this world is my family especially my parent.Seriously i can't imagine how my life could be without them.

Nothing in this world can replace them because they are apart of my life. That's why every year in celebrating Eid,I never futile all the time that we have together.I love them with all my heart.

Same like in the past years, this year I didn't futile the opportunity to cherish the moment with all my family members.Maybe this year is more special since we have two new members,my brother in law and also my cute nephew. We are so glad they can be apart of my family. The nigt before Eid,we prepared everything together,we arranged the house, set the curtain and we were even arguing because I didn't like my sister's idea. However that is what we cal the colourful of life, all the bad times make us more close and care about each other. The most funny is my mother was yellig because my brother ignited the cannon outside of my house.

On the first day of Eid,I was really touching to see my mother was crying and hugged us.She kissed us with all her love and sincerely. On that time,I couldn't express or even describe my feeling. For me,they are so noble and the greatest parent ever.I love them with all my heart and they can not be replaced. After that,we all together went to my grandmother's house.she's 98 years old and sadly she couldn't recognize her grandchildren. But,I really had fun and enjoyed myself there. In addition,I can meet all my cousins, aunties and uncles. The best thing is I can eat all type of food,of course ketupat, rendang, lemang and all that.My mothe didn't cook all these thing this year and such a poor thing because for me that is the must in every Eid.luckly I can eat that,if not there is no longer significant of Eid.Then,we went back to my house while 3 of my sibling came back toyheir own house.

The next day,we continued to visit my relatives' and neighbours' houses. For us the important thing is just to ask for forgiveness for all our wrongdoings with sincerey.Despite all these thing,I also can eat my favorite cookies. The first thing to do in every house,I will find my favorite cookies.Beside that, only on Eid I can have the chance to meet my friends and my ex-schoolmate.Actually I miss them so much and it's hard to meet them since we are far away from each other,to find our life and ensure our dreams.I never forget them and I still can see the frozen image of us standing hand in hand.

Although some people believe that,on Eid we have to wear mew cloth, buy new things but for me in whatever condition or wherever place we celebrate it,it is just the same. The important thing is we have to understand the meaning and the significant of Eid which ask for forgiveness with each other and strengthen our bones.

COLOURFUL LIFE

OUR LIFE IS JUST A SHORT PATH
IT’S PRECIOUS AS THE DIAMONDS
IT’S YOU WHO CAN LEAD YOUR LIFE
INTO EACH SUCCESSFUL DAY
DON’T ALWAYS ENJOY YOURSELF
THE RESULTS MAY BE BAD LATER
THINK ABOUT YOUR FUTURE
SAY THAT ‘I CAN DO IT’
SAY THAT ‘I MUST DO IT’
AIM HIGH FOR YOUR AMBITION
SHOOT IT STRAIGHT
STUDY HARD FOR THAT
DON’T YOU EVER SAY THAT
LIFE IS MEANINGLESS AND MISERABLE
YOU’LL ACHIEVE YOUR DREAMS IN YOUR LIFE
THROUGH STRONG DETERMINATIONS
YOUR LIFE WILL THEN BE SHINING AND COLOURFUL…

Education_curriculum

Curriculum means any activities that we do out side the class.Either camping, sports, debate or any activities.Curriculum also is about learning, learning something that we can not get in class. Most of students nowdays always think that curricular is not important and don't bring any significant. They are totally wrong. Its about experiences and in the same time build our self confidence. There are a lot of benefits if we are involving in curicular activities.Besides that,it can make us more mature, tough and also to be ready to face any obstacles and chalenges in future. In addition,we can making new friends to share opinion or maybe just for fun.By involving in the curricular activities also can help us to improve our communication skills and know anything happened in our surrounding. It is so useless,if we just study and never involve in any activities.I think it's like eat rice without any dishes. For me,involve in curricular activities is like colouring our life. When I was in school,I really active in school activities and I can see the effect in myself today. Not like before, now I become more mature and my communication skill also is getting better. Now I'm not longer afraid to speak in front of other people and I can even lead others. That is something that i cannot do before.I can see by myself the benefit of involving in curricular activities and I hope all of you also can do the same thing.Grab this chance...Only you deserve to decide you life on how it should be...

the arts...

The arts is comes from culture, composed of many expressive disciplines. In modern usage,we use the term arts, which usually means the visual arts (comprising both fine art, decorative art, and crafts). The arts encompasses visual arts, performing arts, language arts, culinary arts, and physical arts. They discovered arts maybe a few hundred years ago since ancient civilizations which are Mesopotamia,Egypt,India,China,Greece and Roome. They developed all the skills and equipments until we have so many types of arts like today such as music, opera, perfrmance, dance, animation and many more.Actualy art form is a specific form. Some example include painting, drawing, dance, acting, architecture and poetry. An artistic medium is the substance the artistic work is made out of. So for example stone and bronze are both mediums that sculpture uses sometimes. Multiple forms can share a medium (poetry and music, both use sound), or one form can use multiple media. Our surrounding also very familiar with arts like our entertainments nowdays, music, movie, acting and many more.Either we relieze or not arts are really sinonim with our life.Everything in our life, its all about arts..

Water resources and environmental problem

The water resources may include water from rivers, seas, lakes and many more.We are really need all these resources for our life.Even we are in the modern world and whatever happen we still need water to drink, washing or even generate energy which is really important to brighten our world.Anyone dare to say that ‘I don’t need water’ or ‘I can survive without water’?It is really nonsense...But if it is important, why are we freely contaminate our water resources without feel any guilthy?Polluting our river with rubbish and domestic waste. No more the beautiful scenery of our seas because it full of oils and rubbish. We never appreciate what we have right? We never think what would be happened if we lost all these things.Don’t do something stupid by destroying something that you are really need.

Our government spends a lot of money to clean up our rivers and seas. But like saying goes ‘Prevention is better than cure’.It is just waste our money and why don’t if we save our water resources before it is too late…I think it is not too hard compare to spending our money to cure our water resources. If 10 years ago we can drink water straight from river, but we cannot do like that anymore. It is like pawn your life. There is a lot of chemical, domestic waste inside our water resources that can cause a lot of diseases and affect our health.

I just talk about water resources but how about other resources? Nowdays we all know that our environmental problem is getting worst. Our air, water, soil and other resources are not longer safe for us.How it can be happened?Who should we blame? Our leaders, development or anybody?

We are not live in Stone Era,but we live in modern world and we need development. So that people would not look down on us and we can be proud standing among the developing country. But what we have done to our nature?Somehow, that make me think are we really need development until we can ignore our nature?I think there is nothing wrong but we have to be wise to manage it.With our technology, nothing is impossible. We can use many alternative to avoid smoke release from factories and same goes to chemical waste. You don’t have to throw it into the rivers or seas rights? It is all depend on us because we can control it.It is all about our awareness.

In conclusion,we should aware about how serious environmental problem in our country. Please playing your role as a Malaysian.Don’t destroy our nature because without that we cannot survive. The important thing is please save our nature for our next generation.

50th MERDEKA CELEBRATION

This year is the important year for our country. We all know that this year is our 50th Merdeka Celebration.Dataran Pahlawan was once again chosen as the site for the launching Merdeka celebration and the campaign to fly the Jalur Gemilang in conjunction with the country’s 50th independence anniversary. The launching will be by our Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.Significantly,we are live in harmony and peace country for almost 50 years.Have we ever think until when are we going to live in this independent country? Now we are in comfortable zone and we never think if foreign powers establish themselves again in our country like they did before. Are we still have that spirit? The spirit to preserve our independence forever.

Let we recall the historical event on Feb 20, 1956, when Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj declared the independence of Malaya at the Bandar Hilir field, now known as Dataran Pahlawan.Tunku Abdul Rahman had announced the country's independence on Aug 31, 1957, at a gathering of about 100,000 people. How noble he is.He did everything and sacrificed a lot for the sake of nation and to get back our rights. How hard he worked to get our country’s independence when our country was established by foreign powers and spreading their influence throughout the country. It is not an easy job and in addition he had to unite all three races after we were independent. That was not happened in a blink and he had to faced a lot of obstacles and challenges. However the pain got stronger and stronger until he managed to do it.What we have today is because of him.He made our days just like today. But are we appreciate it?Are we appreciate that priceless heart? The heart that make us breath calmly and the heart that make us live in harmony and peacefully.

Somehow that is make me think that are we really understand the truly meaning of independence.Like people keep on saying ‘I’m proud to be Malaysian’ or ‘I’m willingly to sacrifice anything for my beloved country’.Don’t just say but prove it.In this modern country it is really hard to find the one that really appreciate our country and willingly to do anything. That is the reality nowdays especially among our new generation and no one can argue it anymore because there is no doubt.I can prove it by myself.

I had an experience while 48th Merdeka celebration. That time I was is Form 4 and I was really excited to celebrate our independence day.I was watching the fireworks and performances happily and several interesting events were lined up.I can feel that spirit and burning desire in my heart. But something made me so disappointed which is our new generation of our country nowdays including myself. But on that time, some of them did not respect to the celebration. The Merdeka Celebration that is full of significants is just like meaningless and useless for them. They made some noises with their motocycles and it was disturbing us during the celebration. For me it should not be happened. What was disappointed me more is when I saw people or couple hanging around, hugging, kissing and did something that out of my box and it never cross in my mind. They were so shameless. How it can be happened?Who should we blame? Our leaders, parents or themselves?Just ask ourselves are we deserve to get any benefit from our independence country?

For me,we don’t have to be so hypocrite.Even we are living in the independent country for almost 50 years, live in harmony and peacefully but either we relieze or not we are still not independent.Actually we are not unite.Everyone just do their own business. We always hope that our leaders can do the best for us and make sure our country is more develop,so that we be proud standing among the developing countries. But what do we do for our country?Nothing because most of us just depend on the others.Besides we always say that our country is prosperous, harmony and unite. But is it true?Don’t be so hypocrite. So many people out there have committed with serious sins by killing and stealing, our youths involve in drugs.Unity is the most important in order to preserve our independence. But how about fighting between races out there?Fighting between parties of politic? If our nation’s leader are fighting with each other what would happen to our country? The most important, what the meaning of 50th Independence of Malaysia? It is meaningless and useless. So what for their sacrifices?Tunku Abul Rahman, our late combatants and those who are struggled with their own life just to make sure their next generation can live in peace and independent

In conclusion,we should playing our role as a Malaysian.Don’t just say it but prove it.We have to give the full cooperation to our leaders and support them. They can not lead our country successfly without our commitment.Help them to develop our country and succeed until the international level. In commemoration of 50th Independence of Malaysia, think back what we have done for our beloved country and wake up from your comfortable zone!So many powers out there are trying to colonize our country again.Stop being the follower and just hope to our leaders to do everything. We should unite and from now on all races, all religions and everyone have to holding hands and move forward. We can face all the obstacles and challenges together.Don’t ever look back again but just go for it.Don’t and never wait for the ship to sail in because what you should do is to swim out to it…

WORK,WORK AND WORK!!!

Have you ever think why are we going to work? Not just for a day,not just for a week, not just for a month or even just for a year…But everyday for the whole life. Why?Is it for fun, interest or you are force to do it just for the sake of your family and also for yourself.Of course because how do we get money to continue our life without working? In reality, everything needs money.Like the saying goes ‘money is not everything’.Is it still relevant nowdays? In this modern world where can we find a thing that only costs us just 10cents except sweets.

That is perception for most of people in this world…They have to go to work for the sake of money and to continue their life in this modern world that demand a lot of money in your pocket. With money they can buy everything including love, health, beauty, happiness, education and peace..Their life meaningless without money..But I’m agree with that..

Some of them are under pressure and stress during working. But is it worth it just for a little money? Is it you salary enough for your life at least just for a month.Of course the answer is no..That is why exists the other perception..They don’t working but they are taking other’s rights by stealing or even killing. For them, these are the easy way to get a lot of money without working.. But we all know this is no the right way and it shouldn’t be happened in our country. They are our enemies..

The other perception is otherwise. They are working for interest. Some of them don’t even care about the salary. For them as long as they are happy with what they are doing,it’s more than enough.Like artists, actors and actresses..Some of them love arts so much.Same like to the other workers, they love what they are doing or the environment. That’ s why they don’t care about the salary. So they don’t working under pressure and not even feel stress.

What we can say about people whose devote their life and volunteer their services for those people who are really need it.They devote their life to hospitals, welfare homes, orphanages, old folk homes and other welfare organisations. They do this not for money or frame but for inner fulfillment, satisfication and happiness. How noble they are.We should appreciate people like them. They never receive or even hope any medals for their honourable deeds. They are maybe mothers,teachers,doctors..But they are the one who make this world peace and bring hope and light for us.

Whatever perception related to work that we have,we should do something in the right way. It’s okay if you are work hard just for a little money as long as your life is happy.Don’t you dare to committed with sins just because of money. Our life would not be happy forever..

I've a dream...

Everyone has their own dream. The dream that make us tough to face our life…The dream that give us strength to face all the obstacles and challenges..To make us strong,to give us spirit..Everything begin with a dream that we really want to ensure it to become true..Like the others I also have my own dream.Like the others I also have a big dream,I want to be a rich person,I want to change the world,I don’t want people look down on me..I have so many dreams..But somehow it’s make me think that I’m not good enough to do all that..I’m not good enough to be a prime minister or even a doctor,an engineer,a teacher..I’m always think like that..I’m always think that I’m not deserve to be like that..Myself also couldn’t find the answer.Let me tell you about my dream…Since I was in secondary school I really hope that one day I can be a rich person..Maybe the richest person. But one thing I want to build a welfare house and orphan house..I want to do something good and also to help those who are really need it.I hope my contribution can change their life for the better life. But can I ensure my dream to become true??Not just dreaming?I know no one can answer it for me..Just me can and deserve to answer it and decide the best decision for my future..That question always be in my mind…Until one day I got the offer from MARA to persue my studies in biotechnology and I will go to oversea..On that time I was really happy but something made me so disappointed…My heart said that I’m not deserve to get that scholarship. But I managed to fight it because my mind think otherwise..Then I decided to continue my studies at INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION CENTRE for 1.5 year and then go to Australia.Honestly I still have that feeling..But I just tried my best and the worst thing is I never tell anyone..In the same time my heart was crying..Thank God one day I got the offer from MOE to persue my studies in education and major in special education. At he first time,I had to faced a hard time and don’t know my abilitiy to teach disable students..I afraid if I can not threat them very well because they are so special..I;m not sure about that..When I thought back.it’s related with my dream which is to build a welfare house..For me no need to be rich if I can do something good and in the same time working..There’s nothing wrong …So I decided to be a teacher …I hope this is my best decision.I’m feel so grateful because here I have wonderful friends that always support me…Thank you so much… I really appreciate it…I hope one day everyone can see me as a successful teacher..At least I can contribute something for my country even I can not be a prime minister…I hope one day I can be proud of myself…

Money and financial matters

When we talk about money what will cross in our mind is all about financial matters, our budget and so on.We always hear people say money isn’t everything but everything needs money. It control almost everything in the world. We all know how powerful money is.How many people has committed with serious sins because of money;war, stealing or even killing?I can say money is the second powerful elemen after God.Don’t believe me?I’ll prove it…
Money isn’t not everything..Is it true and still accepted? But how about ‘everything needs money’?Then let’s define the word ‘everything’.It is including health, beauty, happiness, education and I can conclude all these things under one category which is life.First, health…we all know that money can’t buy our health..But the moment life starts it already needs money. From the day we were born to the day we graduated.Visit to the clinic or hospital is not free.Private clinic probably cost more.Diapers, milk, injections and baby clothes are not cheap. What happens if you fall sick? All the medicine and medical check ups need money. It doesn’t include if we have to admit to the hospital for at least a day? Then a well-prepared balanced diet is good for our health.Like the saying goes ‘prevention is better than cure’.So we need all the nutrients for our body to stay heathy. But how do we get healthy food? With money of course. You know why?Because this is not Stone Era where people did batter system with each other.
Most of us would robably say that we don’t need money to be happy. But I say please don’t be so hypocrite! Can we be happy live without money? Can we still smiling when we know our family are starving? Can we be happy while watching our love one suffer in the hospital because we cannot afford to pay the cost for aperation? Are you happy when you are chasing by loan sharks continuously?Don’t just say but prove it..Seriously you canot live in peace if you don’t have money.I’m not saying that you will be happy if you have alots of money.I’m just saying that you cannot be happy with little money in your pocket.
Nowdays knowledge is really important in our life. And how do we gain knowledge.Again of course with money. From the kindergarten to the university none of them is free.It does not include revision books and tuition. To study overseas you must have at least RM500 000 in your pocket.Beauty can’t be bought..I think it’s nonsense. You need money to buy accessories, vitamin c,botox and not including plastic surgery.Without all these things, how a woman can attract guys to look at her.Never underestimate the power of cocmetics. In conclusion, beauty needs money.
We always look down on people who say money is important and even label them with names. But before pointing your fingers to the others, look at yourself first. Can you survive without money?Stop being hypocrite!Think over it and next time before you utter the word materialistic to others, look on mirror first…

The way people live together and share of the world’s resources

Everyone in theory believes in sharing the world’s resources. Indeed we, at the rich end of the world, have become all too used to diagrams which tell us how well off we are and how poor are other parts of the world. Is it nowdays people in ths world live together and happiliy sharing of the world’s resources? These resources may include water, land and basic agricultural produce, mineral ores and energy resources, the atmosphere and technology. But do we manage to share all these resources in justice and live in peaceful? How many people who are live in poverty..50 000 die each day as the result lack of food, water and healthcare. We in Malaysia live in peaceful and everything is enough for us.But we do not realize how serious and critical the world situation is.We never think every second someone dies fom poverty, every second someone dies from mosquito bite and every second a mother dies needlessly during pregnancy or childbirth.Almost half of the world are struggling to survive on less than 2 dollars a day, while the number of billionares has increased.Despite the fact that 800 milions still go to bed hungry every day,all of the richest nations signed up to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948, including Article 25 that states: “Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing, medical care and necessary social services.Who should we blame? Our leaders or those people who don’t have effort to change their life. There’s no reason why anyone should die in poverty. Many people believes that there’s to many mouth in this world and there’s not enough food for everyone. But it is a nonsense perception.A peaceful world maybe the goal for all nation’s leaders and it is certainly close to the hearts a billion of people world-wide.But we are clearly far from achieving that target. We can see nowdays there’s many countries that declare war and fighting with each other because they don’t want to share the world’s resources. Why all these things can happen? Why don’t if we just share in justice. There’s no powerful party or otherwise. We are just the same…How many people die everyday because of war?It shouldn’t be happened!
There’s a long way to go before the world can truly know the meaning of peace..The only way to solve it is if those in power are prepared to change their structure and prevent many billions of people that have rights and deserve to share the world’s resources. So that we can live in peace. That is the one that we want which is …peace…

HEALTH_balanced diet

Everyone knows that health is really important in our even more than money..So I want to talk about the concept of a balanced diet. Most of us do not really understand about this concept. When we talk about diet,we will say that it is about reduce our food,do not eat for the whole day and the end we will become so slim. That is totally wrong and we should change that perception. This information I got from the website which is sorry I can not remember that website.Actually a balanced diet is one which contains the correct propotions of all the different food requirements of the body.A balanced diet should supply enough energy for each day's activities.A balanced should concists of the following food requirements.First,we need carbohydrates and lipids to provide energy for all the activities in the body.Proteins to build new tissues for growth and repair damaged or dead tisues. And then vitamins is really important to prevent diseases and for normal healthy development. We also need mineral salts which are essential for normal healthy growth and development.Same like the other fod requirements,we need fibre as roughage to stimulate peristalsis and prevent costipation. The last is water which is needed as the medium for all chemical reactions in the cells. It helps to transport substances that are needed by cells and remove metabolic wastes. It also helps to distribute and regulate body heat.So start from now try to change our lifetsyle. That is really important for our health...Remember that!!!
